State Park, where the three-mile-long gorge offers one of the most spectacular scenic vistas east
of the Rocky Mountains. More than 200,000 spectators come out to enjoy the awesome fireworks
display at Harborfest each year.13. Nineteen structures, including the Hamilton County Courthouse Complex in Lake
Pleasant, are on the National Register and can be found along the Southern Adirondack Trail.
Here you can explore the Five Combined Locks of the Black River Canal, designed to
connect the Erie Canal to the Black River. In Utica, the Munson-Williams-Proctor Arts Institute offers
